What we sell

Educational digital products: ebooks, checklists, templates, and spreadsheets on personal finance, recordkeeping, and personal safety. We do not provide dating, introduction, matching, or any other service connecting people to each other.

Not advice

Nothing on this site or in our products is legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing creates a professional relationship. Our material describes lawful relationships between consenting adults and does not encourage, facilitate, or describe any unlawful activity. Laws differ by state and change; figures are current as of the date stated. Confirm anything that matters with the IRS, a CPA, or an attorney. Templates are not contracts and are not intended to be legally enforceable; have your own attorney review any written agreement. Results are not guaranteed.

Purchases, delivery, and refunds

Digital products are delivered by download link after payment. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason by writing to hello@generousterms.com. Purchases on Amazon or Etsy follow those platforms' refund policies.

License

Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the product yourself. You may print it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or post it, in whole or in part.

Accuracy and updates

We refresh figures each January and when laws change. Purchasers receive updated editions of the product they bought at no charge for one year.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Generous Terms is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
